Cold Plunge

Ice bath therapy, also known as cold water immersion or cryotherapy, is a therapeutic practice that involves immersing the body in cold water for a short duration. This treatment has gained popularity in recent years due to its numerous health and wellbeing benefits, particularly in the realm of pain management, immunity boost and mental health.

For athletes and people who train regularly, it reduces muscle soreness and inflammation, by constricting blood vessels which results in a quicker recovery process. It can also enhance athletic performance as it decreases exercise-induced fatigue and allows athletes to train harder, more frequently and improve consistency and success. For people seeking to reduce anxiety, improve mood and sleep, it has also proven to be a successful practice.
