Location and parking
We are located in 23a Beatty Avenue in Armadale, opposite the Toorak train station. Follow the signage to find us.
There is plenty of street parking available.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment.
New patients are required to fill a new patient form either online before the appointment, or at the front desk. For certain types of appointments, additional forms or waivers may be required.
Payment
We receive payment by card or cash (only when front desk team is on duty). All major cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us a call on 0430530618 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. A 50% cancellation fee applies.
